This has been a long fall and winter.

When all seems to be moving forward things come to a halt due to COVID-19
The plan to close this week is on hold.  
My mini was deemed a close contact by the public health nurse covering her and my school.  So we are quarantined for 7 days.  
The positive is that it gives me a little more time to get quotes and put together numbers for the rehab in theory.  But in reality we will be stuck in the house and I will be working from home. 
Wish me and the project luck as we move forward... slowly.
