In October of 2020 I took a walk with a good friend and Asbury Grove owner.
I had briefly seen an adorable "Fairy House" online and was interested to learn more about "The Grove" and the properties for sale.
Welcome to 'The Grove'
As we walked around The Grove people were friendly and inviting. We even got a tour of a cottage of a stranger who wanted to share the excitement of her renovations.
The Wee 'Ouse was most recently owned by Constance Sullivan Eaton.
Constance passed way at 94 in June of 2020. She was longtime resident of Great Neck, Ipswich, and a cottage owner in Asbury Grove.
Connie was born on January 2, 1926 in Manchester, NH, she was the youngest child of Thomas and Catherine M. (Cronin) Sullivan. Connie attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated from New England School of Art.
Connie was a well-known artist and the owner of Salt Aire Studio. Connie was known for her adventurous spirit, love of life, and ability to make the most of every day and night. Many of Connie's surviving relatives remember summers at the Grove.
